Myth #1:  Even though you hate your job, you should always stay and suffer for the sake of your resume.

Myth #2:  Even though you are miserable and everyone takes you for granted, someday things will surely change if you remain a good company soldier.

Myth #3:  Once you become unhappy with your job, its impossible to turn things around.

Myth #4:  Even though your job is like a prison sentence, if you were to leave, you would never find a better position or a better employer.

Myth #5:  You loved your job years ago in the beginning, maybe that feeling will come back again if you just tough it out a few more years.

Myth #6: Its not worth risking your compensation package in the name of job satisfaction.

Myth #7:  No one appreciates you or recognizes your contribution, therefore its time to leave.

Myth #8:  The only solution to finding a more challenging opportunity would be to relocate, therefore you should stay put.

Myth #9:  Even though you are in a dead-end job that you hate, you should never risk the family's financial stability in hope's of finding something better.
